Money is Important

Those who say that money isn’t important have never done without.  The truer saying is that money makes the world go around.  When you are short on funds your options are very limited.  It takes money to make money.  If you find a great deal and don’t have the funds to buy it then it is time to get a loan.  If you can get an investor rather than a loan then you may be better off.  The investor will assume some of the risk.  If the deal goes sideways then the investor may be on the hook for the money spent.  Good luck getting any more investment money if you screw an investor.  Dana Sibilsky will offer to be an investor.
