A real business has is real purpose in the minds of all the employees. Making money is the real purpose of any serious business. Unless you are a nonprofit the goal is always the same. Only the government can consistently lose money and survive. A company doesn’t exist for the benefit of the employees. if the company loses money it will shut the doors. That is the grim reality of business. If you think that your job is important to the company it better be tied to profit or you are just a number. Home for Life is where employees will end up if the business ends.
