Money Isn’t Everything

Money isn’t the only thing employees look for.  The want to work in a place that values their input.  Allowing the employees to have their dignity is a good way to motivate them.  There are other ways to compensate good employees for work well done.  Time off or vacation days can be more important than money.  Medical insurance is important to those family men and they have other needs as well.  Employees want to know how they are doing and what you expect of them.  If you don’t tell them what you expect of them then how will the know.  Talking to the employees is important.  A formal review of each and every employee is essential to the success of your plant.  Phil Pustejovsky will let you know.
